( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي سُهَيْلِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
كُنْتُ أَسِيرُ مَعَ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ؓ فَقَالَ: مَا رَأْيُكَ فِي هَؤُلَاءِ الْقَدَرِيَّةِ ؟ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: أَرَى أَنْ تَسْتَتِيبَهُمْ فَإِنْ قَبِلُوا وَإِلَّا عَرَضْتَهُمْ عَلَى السَّيْفِ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ: ذَلِكَ رَأْيِي. قَالَ مَالِكٌ: وَذَلِكَ أَيْضًا رَأْيِي
