أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ أَبِي حَامِدٍ الْمُقْرِئُ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنِ الزَّنْجِيِّ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْعَلَاءَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ يَذْكُرُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ ذِي الْخَلَّةِ، وَلَا ذِي الْجِنَّةِ، وَلَا ذِي الْحِنَةِ الْمَحْقُودِ
