( أَخْبَرَنَا ) الشَّرِيفُ أَبُو الْفَتْحِ نَاصِرُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعُمَرِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْبَغَوِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ، ثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:

مَنِ ادَّعَى قَضَائِي فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ بِبَيِّنَةٍ، الْحَقُّ أَحَقُّ مِنْ قَضَائِي، الْحَقُّ أَحَقُّ مِنْ يَمِينٍ فَاجِرَةٍ
