( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، وَغَيْرُهُمَا قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
" مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينِ صَبْرٍ لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا فَاجِرٌ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ
