َالْحَلِفِ عَلَى الْمُصْحَفِ. قَالَ اللهُ جَلَّ ثَنَاؤُهُ: تَحْبِسُونَهُمَا مِنْ بَعْدِ الصَّلاةِ فَيُقْسِمَانِ بِاللهِ. قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ، وَقَالَ الْمُفَسِّرُونَ: صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ. 20758 - ( قَالَ الشَّيْخُ ): قَدْ رُوِّينَا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ فِي قِصَّةِ الْوَصِيَّةِ قَالَ:

هَذَا أَمْرٌ لَمْ يَكُنْ بَعْدَ الَّذِي كَانَ فِي عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَحْلَفَهُمَا بَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ مَا خَانَا ( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ زَكَرِيَّا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ فَذَكَرَهُ
