أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ مُوسَى بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلَالٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ الْوَاحِدِ
