أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ وَرَجُلٍ آخَرَ سَمَّاهُ فَلَا يَحْضُرُنِي ذِكْرُ اسْمِهِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ - ﷺ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ
