أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ حِبَّانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ قَالَ:
ادَّعِ مَا شِئْتَ، وَائْتِ بِشُهُودٍ عُدُولٍ؛ فَإِنَّا أُمِرْنَا بِالْعُدُولِ، وَائْتِ فَسَلْ عَنْهُ
