وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ النَّضْرَوِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ شُرَيْحٍ:

أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ يَهُودِيٍّ، وَلَا نَصْرَانِيٍّ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِلَّا فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ، وَلَا يُجِيزُهَا فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ إِلَّا فِي السَّفَرِ
