أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ شَوْذَبٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ بِهَا، ثَنَا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، ثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجُعْفِيُّ عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:
" إِذَا تَقَاضَى إِلَيْكَ رَجُلَانِ، فَلَا تَقْضِ لِلْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى تَسْمَعَ كَلَامَ الْآخَرِ، فَسَوْفَ تَرَى كَيْفَ تَقْضِي ". قَالَ: فَمَا زِلْتُ بَعْدُ قَاضِيًا.
