أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، ثَنَا مُصْعَبُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ:
قَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّ الْخَصْمَيْنِ يَقْعُدَانِ بَيْنَ يَدَيِ الْحَاكِمِ
