أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، وَمِسْعَرٌ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ، عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، قَالَ:

سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ ؓ وَإِنَّ إِحْدَى إِصْبَعَيْ لَفِي جُرْحِهِ هَذِهِ أَوْ هَذِهِ، وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: يَا مَعْشَرَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ إِنِّي لَا أَخَافُ النَّاسَ عَلَيْكُمْ، إِنَّمَا أَخَافُكُمْ عَلَى النَّاسِ، إِنِّي قَدْ تَرَكْتُ فِيكُمِ اثْنَتَيْنِ لَنْ تَبْرَحُوا بِخَيْرٍ مَا لَزِمْتُمُوهُمَا: الْعَدْلُ فِي الْحُكْمِ، وَالْعَدْلُ فِي الْقَسْمِ، وَإِنِّي قَدْ تَرَكْتُكُمْ عَلَى مِثْلِ مَخْرَفَةِ النَّعَمِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَعْوَجَّ قَوْمٌ فَيُعْوَجَّ بِهِمْ
