( قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ:
سُئِلَ سُفْيَانُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ كَتَبَ وَصِيَّتَهُ، فَخَتَمَ عَلَيْهَا، وَقَالَ: اشْهَدُوا بِمَا فِيهَا قَالَ ): كَانَ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى يُبْطِلُهَا. قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: وَالْقُضَاةُ لَا يُجِيزُونَهَا لَهُ
