( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَنَسٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِي، ثَنَا حَيْوَةُ، حَدَّثَنِي يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ الْهَادِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ - ؓ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

" إِذَا حَكَمَ الْحَاكِمُ، فَاجْتَهَدَ فَأَصَابَ، فَلَهُ أَجْرَانِ، وَإِذَا حَكَمَ الْحَاكِمُ، فَاجْتَهَدَ فَأَخْطَأَ، فَلَهُ أَجْرٌ
