( حَدَّثَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ بِمَرْوَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَيَّارٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ جَبَلَةَ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ: كُنَّا مَعَ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ الْمُهَلَّبِ بِسِجِسْتَانَ فِي سُرَادِقِهِ، فَسَمِعْتُ شَيْخًا، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" إِنَّ اللهَ لَا يُقَدِّسُ أُمَّةً، لَا يَأْخُذُ الضَّعِيفُ حَقَّهُ مِنَ الْقَوِيِّ، وَهُوَ غَيْرُ مُتَعْتَعٍ
