( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَزْرَقُ، ثَنَا ابْنُ عَوْنٍ، حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا سَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَذَرَ أَنْ لَا يُكَلِّمَ أَخَاهُ، فَإِنْ كَلَّمَهُ، فَهُوَ يَنْحَرُ نَفْسَهُ بَيْنَ الْمَقَامِ وَالرُّكْنِ فِي أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ. فَقَالَ: يَا ابْنَ أَخِي، أَبْلِغْ مَنْ وَرَاءَكَ أَنَّهُ لَا نَذْرَ فِي مَعْصِيَةِ اللهِ، لَوْ نَذَرَ أَنْ لَا يَصُومَ رَمَضَانَ، فَصَامَهُ، كَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ، وَلَوْ نَذَرَ أَنْ لَا يُصَلِّيَ، فَصَلَّى، كَانَ خَيْرًا لَهُ، مُرْ صَاحِبَكَ فَلْيُكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَلْيُكَلِّمْ أَخَاهُ
