فِي الرَّجُلِ يَحْلِفُ بِالْمَشْيِ، أَوْ مَالِهِ فِي الْمَسَاكِينِ، أَوْ فِي رِتَاجِ الْكَعْبَةِ: أَنَّهَا يَمِينٌ، يُكَفِّرُهَا إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ
