( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ التَّاجِرُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ الْحِنَّائِيُّ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ مُعَاذِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، ثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ هُوَ ابْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ - ؓ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
" إِذَا حَلَفَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى يَمِينٍ، فَرَأَى غَيْرَهَا خَيْرًا مِنْهَا، فَلْيُكَفِّرْ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَلْيَنْظُرِ الَّذِي هُوَ خَيْرٌ، فَلْيَأْتِهِ
