( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ؓ كَانَتْ تَقُولُ:

أَيْمَانُ اللَّغْوِ مَا كَانَ فِي الْمِرَاءِ، وَالْهَزْلِ، وَمُزَاحَةِ الْحَدِيثِ الَّذِي لَا يُعْقَدُ عَلَيْهِ الْقَلْبُ، وَإِنَّمَا الْكَفَّارَةُ فِي كُلِّ يَمِينٍ، حَلَفْتَهَا عَلَى جِدٍّ مِنَ الْأَمْرِ فِي غَضَبٍ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ لَتَفْعَلَنَّ أَوْ لَتَتْرُكَنَّ، فَذَلِكَ عَقْدُ الْأَيْمَانِ الَّتِي فَرَضَ اللهُ فِيهَا الْكَفَّارَةَ
