( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي طَاهِرٍ الدَّقَّاقُ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ الْأَدَمِيُّ، ثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَبِي الرُّطَيْلِ، ثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْعَطَّارُ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:

إِذَا حَلَفَ الرَّجُلُ، فَاسْتَثْنَى فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ، ثُمَّ وَصَلَ الْكَلَامَ بِالِاسْتِثْنَاءِ، ثُمَّ فَعَلَ الَّذِي حَلَفَ عَلَيْهِ، لَمْ يَحْنَثْ
