( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ هُوَ ابْنُ الْمُنَادِي، ثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ - ؓ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

" مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ كَاذِبًا، يَقْطَعُ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ "، أَوْ قَالَ: " مَالَ أَخِيهِ، لَقِيَ اللهَ، وَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ غَضْبَانُ. قَالَ: فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ - عَزَّ وَجَلَّ - تَصْدِيقَ ذَلِكَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ: إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلا إِلَى آخِرِ الْآيَةِ. قَالَ: فَمَرَّ الْأَشْعَثُ، فَقَالَ: فِيَّ نَزَلَتْ وَفِي رَجُلٍ اخْتَصَمْنَا فِي بِئْرٍ
