( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ مَحْمُودٍ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ الرَّبِيعَ بْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ، يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو شُعَيْبٍ:
أَنَّ حَفْصًا الْفَرْدَ نَاظَرَ الشَّافِعِيَّ، فَقَالَ حَفْصٌ: الْقُرْآنُ مَخْلُوقٌ. فَقَالَ لَهُ الشَّافِعِيُّ: كَفَرْتَ بِاللهِ الْعَظِيمِ
