( وَأَمَّا الْأَثَرُ الَّذِي أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، ثَنَا عَبْثَرٌ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ:

الْأَيْمَانُ أَرْبَعَةٌ: يَمِينَانِ تُكَفَّرَانِ، وَيَمِينَانِ لَا تُكَفَّرَانِ. فَالرَّجُلُ يَحْلِفُ وَاللهِ لَا يَفْعَلُ كَذَا وَكَذَا فَيَفْعَلُ، وَالرَّجُلُ يَقُولُ: وَاللهِ، أَفْعَلُ، فَلَا يَفْعَلُ. وَأَمَّا الْيَمِينَانِ اللَّذَانِ لَا تُكَفَّرَانِ، فَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ يَحْلِفُ مَا فَعَلْتُ كَذَا وَكَذَا، وَقَدْ فَعَلَهُ. وَالرَّجُلُ يَحْلِفُ لَقَدْ فَعَلْتُ كَذَا وَكَذَا، وَلَمْ يَفْعَلْهُ
