( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ الْعَدْلُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ، ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ - ؓ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَدْرَكَهُ، وَهُوَ فِي رَكْبٍ، وَهُوَ يَحْلِفُ بِأَبِيهِ، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ اللهَ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ، فَلْيَحْلِفْ حَالِفٌ بِاللهِ أَوْ لِيَسْكُتْ
