( وَرَوَاهُ ) عُمَرُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ وَجِيهٍ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ، عَنْ وَاصِلِ بْنِ أَبِي جَمِيلٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ أَكْلَ سَبْعٍ مِنَ الشَّاةِ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ. ( أَخْبَرَنَاهُ ) أَبُو سَعْدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ، ثَنَا وَقَّارُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ الرَّقِّيُّ، ثَنَا أَيُّوبُ الْوَزَّانُ، ثَنَا فِهْرُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، ثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، فَذَكَرَهُ مَوْصُولًا، وَلَا يَصِحُّ وَصْلُهُ. ( قَالَ ) أَبُو سُلَيْمَانَ الْخَطَّابِيُّ فِيمَا بَلَغَنِي عَنْهُ: الدَّمُ حَرَامٌ بِالْإِجْمَاعِ، وَعَامَّةُ الْمَذْكُورَاتِ مَعَهُ مَكْرُوهَةٌ، غَيْرُ مُحَرَّمَةٍ
