أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو وَهُوَ ابْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ جَعْدَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ - ؓ:

إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْخَمْرَ، فَإِنَّهَا مِفْتَاحُ كُلِّ شَرٍّ. أُتِيَ رَجُلٌ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: إِمَّا أَنْ تَحْرِقَ هَذَا الْكِتَابَ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ تَقْتُلَ هَذَا الصَّبِيَّ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ تَقَعَ عَلَى هَذِهِ الْمَرْأَةِ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ تَشْرَبَ هَذَا الْكَأْسَ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ تَسْجُدَ لِهَذَا الصَّلِيبِ. قَالَ: فَلَمْ يَرَ فِيهَا شَيْئًا أَهْوَنَ مِنْ شُرْبِ الْكَأْسِ. فَلَمَّا شَرِبَهَا، سَجَدَ لِلصَّلِيبِ، وَقَتَلَ الصَّبِيَّ، وَوَقَعَ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ، وَحَرَقَ الْكِتَابَ
