أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْأَشْهَبِ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ؓ قَالَ:
كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي سَفَرٍ، إِذْ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ عَلَى رَاحِلَةٍ، فَجَعَلَ يَصْرِفُهَا يَمِينًا وَشِمَالًا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: مَنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ فَضْلٌ مِنْ ظَهْرٍ، فَلْيَعُدْ بِهِ عَلَى مَنْ لَا ظَهْرَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ عِنْدَهُ فَضْلٌ مِنْ زَادٍ، فَلْيَعُدْ بِهِ عَلَى مَنْ لَا زَادَ لَهُ ". وَذَكَرَ أَصْنَافَ الْأَمْوَالِ، حَتَّى رَأَيْنَا أَنَّهُ لَا حَقَّ لِأَحَدٍ مِنَّا فِي فَضْلٍ عِنْدَهُ
