وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ السُّلَمِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ، عَنِ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ، عَنْ حَسَّانَ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ - ؓ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّا نَكُونُ بِالْأَرْضِ فَتُصِيبُنَا بِهَا الْمَخْمَصَةُ، فَمَتَى تَحِلُّ لَنَا الْمَيْتَةُ ؟ فَقَالَ: مَا لَمْ تَصْطَبِحُوا، أَوْ تَغْتَبِقُوا، أَوْ تَحْتَفِئُوا بِهَا بَقْلًا، فَشَأْنَكُمْ بِهَا
