أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْإِيَادِيُّ الْمَالِكِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ جَابِرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْمِقْدَامَ صَاحِبَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَشْيَاءَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ مِنْهَا الْحِمَارُ الْأَهْلِيُّ، وَقَالَ: يُوشِكُ الرَّجُلُ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ يُحَدَّثُ بِحَدِيثِي فَيَقُولُ: بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ كِتَابُ اللهِ، فَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهِ مِنْ حَلَالٍ أَحْلَلْنَاهُ وَمِنْ حَرَامٍ حَرَّمْنَاهُ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ مَا حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ مَا حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
