أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْخَلِيلِ الْبُرْجُلَانِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" الْحَيَّةُ فَاسِقَةٌ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ فَاسِقَةٌ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ فَاسِقَةٌ، وَالْغُرَابُ فَاسِقٌ ". فَقَالَ إِنْسَانٌ لِلْقَاسِمِ: أَيُؤْكَلُ الْغُرَابُ ؟ قَالَ: وَمَنْ يَأْكُلُ الْغُرَابَ بَعْدَ قَوْلِ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ: " فَاسِقٌ
