أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ سِنَانٍ الزَّاهِدُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ وَأَبُو مُوسَى، قَالَا: ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
" خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ: الْحَيَّةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحُدَيَّا
