19341 - ( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ السُّكَّرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، قُلْتُ - يَعْنِي لِعَطَاءٍ: وَمَا الْمُكَافَأَتَانِ ؟ قَالَ:

الْمِثْلَانِ، وَالضَّأْنُ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الْمَعْزِ، وَذُكْرَانُهَا أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ إِنَاثِهَا؛ رَأْيٌ مِنْهُ. قَالَ إِنْسَانٌ لِعَطَاءٍ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ ذَبَحْتُ مَكَانَهَا جَزُورًا ؟ قَالَ: ابْدَأْ بِالَّذِي سَمَّى، ثُمَّ اذْبَحْ بَعْدُ مَا شِئْتَ. قُلْتُ لَهُ: وَالسُّنَّةُ ؟ قَالَ: وَالسُّنَّةُ
