( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ، ثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
نُهِيَ عَنْ جِدَادِ اللَّيْلِ، وَحَصَادِ اللَّيْلِ، وَالْأَضْحَى بِاللَّيْلِ، وَإِنَّمَا كَانَ ذَلِكَ مِنْ شِدَّةِ حَالِ النَّاسِ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَفْعَلُهُ لَيْلًا، فَنُهِيَ عَنْهُ ثُمَّ رُخِّصَ فِي ذَلِكَ
