19266 - ( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْمَعْرُوفِ الْإِسْفَرَائِينِيُّ بِهَا، أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمَدِينِيِّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ الصِّرَامَ وَالْحَصَادَ. قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: فَسَأَلُوا جَعْفَرًا عَنِ الْأَضْحَى بِاللَّيْلِ. فَقَالَ:

لَا. قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: هَذَا فِي حَالِ الْمَسَاكِينِ

    رواه جعفر بن محمد عن أبيه عن جده واختلف عنه فروي عن سليمان بن بلال عن جعفر بن محمد عن أبيه عن جده عن علي وكذلك روي عن عمر بن حكام عن شعبة عن جعفر بن محمد عن أبيه عن جده علي ورواه أبو حفص الأبار عن شعبة وابن إسحاق عن جعفر عن أبيه عن جده ولم يذكر عليا وكذلك رواه أصحاب جعفر عن جعفر عن أبيه عن جده علي بن حسين مرسلا وهو الصواب

    machine translationJaʿfar b. Muḥammad narrated it from his father, from his grandfather, and there is disagreement about it from him. It was narrated from Sulaymān b. Bilāl, from Jaʿfar b. Muḥammad, from his father, from his grandfather, from ʿAlī. It was likewise narrated from ʿUmar b. Ḥakkām, from Shuʿbah, from Jaʿfar b. Muḥammad, from his father, from his grandfather, from ʿAlī. Abū Ḥafṣ al-Abbār narrated it from Shuʿbah and Ibn Isḥāq, from Jaʿfar, from his father, from his grandfather, and he did not mention ʿAlī. Likewise the companions of Jaʿfar narrated it from Jaʿfar, from his father, from his grandfather ʿAlī b. al-Ḥusayn, as a mursal report (mursal), and this is the correct view.
