( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ وَابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ - وَحَدِيثُ ابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ أَتَمُّ - عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ صُهَيْبٍ - مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَامِرٍ - عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
" مَنْ قَتَلَ عُصْفُورًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ سَأَلَهُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَنْهُ. قِيلَ: وَمَا حَقُّهُ ؟ قَالَ: " يَذْبَحُهُ فَيَأْكُلُهُ، وَلَا يَقْطَعُ رَأْسَهُ فَيَرْمِي بِهِ
