( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَالَ: كَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ - ﷺ
أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا مَعَ مُجَاشِعٍ السُّلَمِيِّ فَعَزَّتِ الْأَضَاحِيُّ، فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ: إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ: يُوفِي الْجَذَعُ ( مِنَ الضَّأْنِ ) مَا تُوفِي الثَّنِيَّةُ
