( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو نَصْرٍ الْعِرَاقِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ ثُوَيْبٍ، قَالَ:
رَمَى الْبَحْرُ بِسَمَكٍ كَبِيرٍ مَيِّتًا، فَأَتَيْنَا ( أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ فَاسْتَفْتَيْنَاهُ، فَأَمَرَنَا بِأَكْلِهِ، فَرَغِبْنَا عَنْ فُتْيَا أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، فَأَتَيْنَا ) مَرْوَانَ، فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَى زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ فَسَأَلَهُ، فَقَالَ: حَلَالٌ فَكُلُوهُ
