( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ

أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ ؓ سُئِلَ عَنْ مَيْتَةِ الْبَحْرِ فَقَالَ: هُوَ الطَّهُورُ مَاؤُهُ الْحَلَالُ مَيْتَتُهُ
