( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّزَّازُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَزْرَقُ، ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ؓ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْكَلْبِ، فَقَالَ: مَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ وَلَمْ يَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ فَكُلْهُ، فَإِنَّ أَخْذَهُ ذَكَاتُهُ، وَإِنْ وَجَدْتَ عِنْدَهُ كَلْبًا غَيْرَهُ فَخَشِيتَ أَنْ يَكُونَ أَخَذَهُ مَعَهُ وَقَدْ قَتَلَهُ فَلَا تَأْكُلْهُ؛ فَإِنَّكَ إِنَّمَا ذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللهِ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ وَلَمْ تَذْكُرْهُ عَلَى غَيْرِهِ ". وَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْمِعْرَاضِ، فَقَالَ: " مَا أَصَبْتَ بِحَدِّهِ فَكُلْهُ، وَمَا أَصَبْتَ بِعَرْضِهِ فَهُوَ وَقِيذٌ
