( أَخْبَرَنَا ) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى الْبِرْتِيِّ، ثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ ؓ قَالَ:

سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْكَلْبِ، فَقَالَ: مَا أَمْسَكَ عَلَيْكَ فَكُلْ، فَإِنَّ أَخْذَهُ ذَكَاتُهُ، وَإِنْ أَصَبْتَ مَعَ كَلْبِكَ أَوْ كِلَابِكَ كَلْبًا غَيْرَهُ فَلْا تَأْكُلْ، فَإِنَّمَا ذَكَرْتَ اسْمَ اللهِ عَلَى كَلْبِكَ وَلَمْ تَذْكُرْهُ عَلَى كِلَابِ غَيْرِكَ
