( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدِ بْنُ حَيَّانَ أَبُو الشَّيْخِ، ثَنَا عَبْدَانُ، ثَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، ثَنَا عُمَيْرُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ الْعَلَّافُ، ثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:

حَقٌّ وَسُنَّةٌ مَسْنُونَةٌ أَنْ لَا يُؤَذِّنَ إِلَّا وَهُوَ طَاهِرٌ وَلَا يُؤَذِّنَ إِلَّا وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ
