( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي كَرِيمَةَ ؓ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ يَقُولُ:

" لَيْلَةُ الضَّيْفِ حَقٌّ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ، مَنْ أَصْبَحَ الضَّيْفُ بِفِنَائِهِ فَهُوَ عَلَيْهِ حَقٌّ - أَوْ قَالَ دَيْنٌ - إِنْ شَاءَ اقْتَضَاهُ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ تَرَكَهُ
