أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ حَمْدَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِلَى مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ يَعْرِضُ عَلَيْهِمُ الْإِسْلَامَ، فَمَنْ أَسْلَمَ قَبِلَ مِنْهُ، وَمَنْ أَبَى ضُرِبَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْجِزْيَةُ عَلَى أَنْ لَا تُؤْكَلَ لَهُمْ ذَبِيحَةٌ، وَلَا تُنْكَحَ لَهُمُ امْرَأَةٌ
