أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّهُ بَلَغَهُ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَخَذَ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنْ مَجُوسِ الْبَحْرَيْنِ، وَأَنَّ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ أَخَذَهَا مِنَ الْبَرْبَرِ. زَادَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ فِي رِوَايَتِهِ: وَأَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ ؓ أَخَذَهَا مِنْ مَجُوسِ فَارِسَ
