( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ. فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مُخْتَصَرًا فِي الْجِزْيَةِ. قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ: حَدِيثُ بَجَالَةَ مُتَّصِلٌ ثَابِتٌ، وَأَنَّهُ أَدْرَكَ عُمَرَ ؓ وَكَانَ رَجُلًا فِي زَمَانِهِ كَاتِبًا لِعُمَّالِهِ، وَحَدِيثُ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مُتَّصِلٌ، وَبِهِ نَأْخُذُ، وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْحِجَازِ حَدِيثَانِ مُنْقَطِعَانِ بِأَخْذِ الْجِزْيَةِ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ.
