( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحَسَنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ: جَعْفَرُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، ثَنَا سَلَمَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الضَّبِّيُّ، ثَنَا صَدَقَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ الْمَازِنِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ:
حَقٌّ وَسُنَّةٌ مَسْنُونَةٌ أَنْ لَا يُؤَذِّنَ الرَّجُلُ إِلَّا وَهُوَ طَاهِرٌ، وَلَا يُؤَذِّنَ إِلَّا وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ
