أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ:

أَنَّ مُسْرِفًا قَدَّمَ يَزِيدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ يَوْمَ الْحَرَّةِ لِيَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ، فَطَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، فَسَأَلُوا أَهْلَ الْعِلْمِ، فَقَالُوا: لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ، وَلَا مِيرَاثَ لَهَا
