( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى، ثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْأَسَدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عَوْنٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ قَالَ:
كَانَ عُمَرُ، وَعَلِيٌّ ؓ إِذَا أَسْلَمَ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّوَادِ تَرَكَاهُ يَقُومُ بِخَرَاجِهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ
