أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ قَالَ: قَالَ ( الشَّافِعِيُّ - رَحِمَهُ اللهُ ):
وَلَا أَعْرِفُ مَا أَقُولُ فِي أَرْضِ السَّوَادِ إِلَّا ظَنًّا مَقْرُونًا إِلَى عِلْمٍ، وَذَلِكَ أَنِّي وَجَدْتُ أَصَحَّ حَدِيثٍ يَرْوِيهِ الْكُوفِيُّونَ عِنْدَهُمْ فِي السَّوَادِ لَيْسَ فِيهِ بَيَانٌ، وَوَجَدْتُ أَحَادِيثَ مِنْ أَحَادِيثِهِمْ تُخَالِفُهُ، مِنْهَا: أَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ: السَّوَادُ صُلْحٌ، وَيَقُولُونُ: السَّوَادُ عَنْوَةٌ، وَيَقُولُونَ: بَعْضُ السَّوَادِ صُلْحٌ، وَبَعْضُهُ عَنْوَةٌ
