أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ الثِّقَةُ، عَنْ مَخْرَمَةَ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ - لَا أَحْفَظُ عَمَّنْ رَوَاهُ: أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ قَالَ
فِيمَا أَحْرَزَ الْعَدُوُّ مِنْ أَمْوَالِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ مِمَّا غَلَبُوا عَلَيْهِ أَوْ أَبَقَ إِلَيْهِمْ ثُمَّ أَحْرَزَهُ الْمُسْلِمُونَ: مَالِكُوهُ أَحَقُّ بِهِ قَبْلَ الْقَسْمِ وَبَعْدَهُ
